After the configuration is complete, you will automatically start getting copies of ALL SMS activity on the Target Phone. All Incoming and Outgoing SMS will be received in your Inbox which will have the Pre-fix of I:: or O:: to signify if they were Incoming or Outgoing SMS. No logs or indications will be available on the Target Phone that SMS are being copied to you.
